Step outside the library and into the neighborhood for a relaxing, educational evening. Led by experts from the Tacoma Tree Foundation, this guided walking tour is designed for teens and adults who want a fresh perspective on the trees that shape our community.
As we tour parts of the surrounding neighborhood, you’ll learn about common Pacific Northwest species, discover fun botanical facts, and discuss the massive benefits these urban forests bring to our environment and well-being.
Please wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather.
