Fall Mindfulness Walk

  • Swan Creek Park 2106 E 44th St Tacoma, WA, 98404 (map)

Trees root us in place and in the season. As we move through the season of change, we might experience a sense of loss and some grief for the summer and for the year that draws to a conclusion. We invite you to join us and walk with Sarah Low’s guidance to recognize fall’s beauty, and take comfort in this park’s amazing Doug-firs, Western redcedars, Pacific madrones as the weather turns cooler and the days grow shorter.

Make sure to check the forecast. Bring layers, comfortable shoes, water, and anything else you need to be comfortable.

We hold our walks rain or shine. If in doubt, please check our social media and this calendar for updates.
