We are doing a walk-up tree share (no pre-registration required) in Parkland and distributing trees to homes from our Green Blocks: Parkland program.

About the Green Blocks: Parkland program:
We are bringing trees to Parkland in 2023 with the support of Pierce County and the Washington State Department of Natural Resources. Residents of the Parkland designated census area can sign up to receive free trees for their property, as well as resources on tree planting and care through a Tree Stewards Training.

Our goal is to distribute 200 trees to front and back yards in Parkland! Parkland is one of the neighborhoods with the lowest tree equity scores in the state, so adding tree coverage there will have impactful social and environmental benefits.
