North End Tree Walk

Join Sarah Low and Tacoma Urban Forest Friends (TUFF) on a walk that will begin with a celebration of the Wheelock Library's majestic Pin Oak tree, located on the corner of N. Adams and N. 26th. From there, we will go on an hour long walk where we will learn fascinating facts about the "celebritrees" that grace this Tacoma neighborhood.

Meeting point: Corner of Adams and N. 26TH

Please dress comfortably for this hour-long walk. Let us know if you have any needs for accommodations by emailing info@tacomatreefoundation.org.

Meet at corner of N. 26STH and N Adams ST under the Pin Oak Tree

We are borrowing the term “celebritree” from Margi Preus’ book Celebritrees, Historic & Famous Trees of the World.
