The arrival of fall and its colorful tree canopy can give us comfort.  At the same time, change is always hard! The seasonal transition requires that we adapt to cooler and darker months, when we’ll spend more time indoors. Practicing mindfulness with the help of trees, other plants, and wildlife during this transitional period can help us find resilience and beauty in change. Join us on this walk and spend time with us at our tables where there will be games and educational resources for the whole family!
